Thomas Monticello has spent his entire life in the world of hair design, training with leading international artists. He has worked Hair Shows in the United States in New York and Florida, to name a few.

Now a Platform Artist and Educator for BES in America, Thomas enjoys sharing and teaching what he has been fortunate to learn with his fellow Hairdressers.

As Director of The Color Group, an advanced hair color training center, He shares his vision of hair as the medium we have chosen to perform our artist magic.

Thomas and his wife Linda also own a large modern Salon for 20 years in West Palm Beach, Florida. Visions Salon is where he spends his time with both clients and new hair stlist to help them reach their full potential. His belief is that "Hair is a means of personal expression" and every women can evolve into a more confident and beautiful  person with the help of a caring and talented Hair Dresser.

His passion for Hair remains and grows stronger with each new season.
