BLUE NEUTRALIZATION
DECOBES KOMPACT is the ideal bleaching powder for lifting and neutralizing bases with red and red/orange underlying pigment. It allows to obtain neutral results, with total respect for the hair and scalp. It helps avoiding the color change of the reflection when neutralizing, toning or reflecting.
