The NMF element of moisturizing factors acts favourably on the hair structure thanks to considerable water retention that is usually subtracted from the oxidative agents during bleaching, weaves, highlights and shade level lifting treatments.
Technical characteristics:
In order to have soft, shinny, natural and tangle-free combing of the hair, a hydrolipidic balance is required. Oxibes 0 vol. with no hydrogen peroxide contains the NMF factor restores this balance. Its formulation has been studied in order not to alter the nature of the added products and to beautify and accentuate its efficacy.
Result:
Thanks to its active ingredients and if used together with other oxidizers, it reduces volumes strengths while maintaining a creamy texture for easy application.
